Tucson Chapter Organization

The Tucson Chapter includes 4 Neighborhood Groups and 5 Special Interest Groups in southern Arizona.

• Eastside 5th Saturday Sit and Sew

Each group presents monthly events and has their own co-leaders. Members may choose one or several groups to attend. For details look on the individual Neighborhood Group pages.

Chapter Advisory Board (CAB)

The Tucson Chapter is guided by the CAB composed of elected officers (President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer) and appointed positions. Members serve for a year starting in January.

Elections take place in December at the general meeting during the holiday luncheon where they are announced. Ballots will be available on the website, in the newsletter and at the luncheon.

CAB Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of most months from 10am – 12 noon. You can attend and/or be put on the agenda if you wish to request space on the agenda. Contact the President if you wish by phone or click on the link below for email. Meetings are held at 7820 E Broadway at the Tucson City Council Ward 2 office, eastside City Hall.

Name Tags

Chapter name tags are gold with black lettering and a choice of a magnet or pin closure. To order contact call Dot Welch at (520) 886-1265 or email Quiltido@aol.com. Be sure to list how you want your name to appear, your preferred closure and your mailing address. Cost: $13.50 includes shipping.
